Standard Delivery 

We offer standard delivery of all orders done between 8 Am - 3 Pm  Monday - Saturday

Delivery is done via 3rd party partners and therefore its charged depending on the order quantity and location .Delivery Cost  is catered by the client and should be paid on its sepate invoice 

Next Day Delivery 

This method is effective from Monday to Friday 8 Am - 3 Pm . Make sure your order is paid before  3 Pm inorder to receive it the following day. Delivery is via third party delivery partners and the client is charged for the delivery depending on the quantity and destination . Delivery is quoted for sepatarely after confirmation with the delivery patrners

I want to speak to someone about my order

Sure thing! You can view live tracking information for your order, but if you still need help, visit our Contact Us page, click it and you will be able to chat to one of our team who will be able to direct you to useful information or answer your questions.

Can I change my delivery date or address after I placed an order?

  • The good news is that  you are   able to change your delivery address after your order has been placed.
  • You may change the delivery date if you wish!
  • At no extra charge you can re-book a different delivery date that suits you.
  • Visit our Contact Us page, look for the Need Help button, click it and you will be able to chat to one of our team who will be able to direct you to useful information or answer your questions.



My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

You can track the delivery of a large item you’ve ordered via the courier's online tracking system. Please check the Track my order page to find out more details.

We'll always do our best to make sure your delivery arrives on time. Sometimes delays can happen which we can't control. Don't worry, we'll let you know if we hear of any possible delays.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We deliver to most areas Monday - Saturday  (except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day)

Are there any reasons why you cannot deliver?

Unfortunately, there will be times when we’re unable to deliver 

In this unlikely event:

  • We’ll tell you why.
  • We’ll let you know if any remedial work is needed for us to install your product.
  • We’ll reschedule the visit if possible.


What if the item I want is out of stock?

Sorry about that. Our product pages are always up to date, but you may still be able to place your order on selected items. If your order hasn’t been dispatched after 2 days, we’ll be in touch to let you know if there’s been a delay. 



Not around to accept a delivery? You can order online and pick up your item(s) at  our stores for FREE. If it’s in stock, you can pick it up on the same day. If it's not in stock at your store, you can send it there for pick-up on a day that suits you. Simple! Mobile phones ordered through our website are available for collection in store

Collection FAQs

Why choose to collect in store?

Collect your items(s) on the same day you order for FREE. Or you can collect on a day that suits you, without paying for delivery charges. Simply add your tech to your basket and Complete your purchase online and then we’ll let you know by email when it’s ready to collect.

Once you have ordered, we will confirm your order but then we will send you a collection confirmation. Please wait for this confirmation before you come to store.

How does contactless collection work?

You can find out whether contactless collection is offered at our store by using our Address.

You can park in the designated parking bay. Call to confirm you are at our parking bay. We will hand over the items in less that 10 Mins
